We are looking for a committed and responsible Production Manager to strengthen our processes with organizational talent and leadership skills.
In this role, you will coordinate daily operations at several locations, monitor the maintenance of our machines and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. With your eye for the essentials and your team spirit, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly - efficiently, in a structured and future-oriented manner.

Your tasks

Monitoring of activities at the various locations (distance of 5km)
Planning the tasks to be carried out and daily organization
Personnel management (vacation planning, etc.)
Checking the maintenance and servicing of the machines
Monthly recording of machine operating hours, including those used for other areas
Daily monitoring of material requirements
Carrying out monthly inventories
Strict compliance with safety regulations
Regular safety audits and implementation of necessary corrective measures
if required: loading of products
Operation of smaller systems
Filling in big bags

Your profile

Team spirit and natural leadership qualities
Customer-oriented thinking and acting
Very good knowledge of French or German required
Initial experience in production management desirable
Knowledge of building materials and materials is an advantage
