We are looking for a committed and experienced person to manage our workshop. As Workshop Manager (m/f/d), you will assume technical and organizational responsibility for our workshop and, together with your team, ensure that all maintenance and repair work on our vehicles runs smoothly. With technical know-how, strong leadership and high quality standards, you will make a significant contribution to the operational readiness of our fleet and the safety of our processes.

Your tasks

Technical and organizational management of the workshop
Planning, monitoring and optimization of maintenance and repair work on trucks, trailers, company cars, systems and machines
Management and coordination of the workshop team
Quality assurance, occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations
Organization of external workshop services (e.g. TÜV, customers)
Technical advice for management and other departments

Your profile

Completed technical training (e.g. master car mechanic, industrial mechanic, commercial vehicle technician, agricultural machinery technician...)
Several years of professional experience in the field of truck/commercial vehicle technology
Very good written and spoken German and French skills
Management experience in a comparable position desirable
Organizational talent, assertiveness and a sense of responsibility
Good IT skills
