OUR WASTE RECEPTION

We dispose of the following materials

Waste glass

These include:

  • Flat glass
  • Hollow glass, bottle glass
  • Laminated safety glass

Waste wood

The category wood B1 includes uncontaminated wood. The wood may be glued, coated with paint or varnish and may contain nails and screws or other metal objects.

However, it must not have any tar or bituminous coatings or have been treated with impregnating paint or wood preservatives. Category B1 waste wood includes, for example

  • Timber
  • Boards
  • Furniture
  • Pallet wood
  • Shelves
  • Cupboards
  • Plywood
  • Chairs
  • Tables

They do not belong in the container:

  • Outer window
  • Exterior doors
  • Track planks
  • contaminated wood with tar or bitumen coating
  • Impregnated wood
  • Door locks and fittings

Used tires, rubber waste

These include:

  • Excavator chains
  • Agricultural machinery tires
  • Truck, car and motorcycle tires

Asbestos, Eternit

Removed asbestos products are packed in specially marked big bags (A-bags). The same procedure is also used for other hazardous substances such as artificial mineral fibers.

Asbestos waste that is not properly packaged will not be taken away by us.

Building rubble

Building rubble consists of mineral materials that must not be contaminated with foreign substances, e.g:

  • Concrete
  • Roof tiles
  • Tiles
  • Ceramics
  • Masonry
  • Mortar
  • Toilets
  • Washbasin
  • Brick

They do not belong in the container:

  • any foreign matter or waste
  • Paper
  • Bags with cement residues
  • Ytong bricks
  • Tyvek or other fleece or film

Please also note:
No plaster, tar, carpet or polystyrene residue may be stuck to the construction waste. This is because if too many foreign substances adhere to the construction waste or the load is contaminated, we will have to dispose of the entire load as mixed construction waste.

Construction site waste / mixed construction site waste

Mixed construction waste from construction and demolition activities consists of a wide variety of materials such as

  • Concrete
  • Insulating wool (only in big bags or 1 m3 bags, place on top when loading containers)
  • Windows
  • Tiles
  • A1 - B1 grade wood
  • Plastics
  • Laminate and all types of wood that are printed or covered with foil
  • Metals
  • Plastic
  • Rigips, Y-Tong
  • Scrap metal (radiators, bathtubs, reinforcement bars, etc., without liquids)
  • Styrofoam
  • Wallpaper remnants
  • Brick

They do not belong in the container:

  • Asbestos
  • Car batteries
  • Car tires
  • Bitumen, waste containing tar
  • Roofing felt
  • Eternit
  • Fire extinguisher
  • liquid substances, such as paints, varnishes or oils
  • Household waste
  • Wood C
  • Refrigerators
  • Assembly foam
  • Leftovers
  • Spray cans/bottles

Garden waste, green waste

Garden waste is compostable waste from the garden or parks, e.g:

  • Shrubs
  • Branches
  • smaller trees, less than 10 cm in diameter
  • Small roots, turf
  • Tree cuttings, hedge cuttings, lawn cuttings  

On request, we can of course also dispose of thick wood such as large trunks or tree roots of any diameter.

No foreign substances such as

  • Wooden boards
  • Plastic
  • Flower pot
  • any garbage or garbage
  • Large rootstocks

Plaster - Rigips/Ytong

Gypsum waste such as plasterboard or Ytong blocks must not be disposed of as normal construction waste. This gypsum waste must not be mixed with uncontaminated construction waste either. Plasterboard or Ytong blocks are not a problem in waste containers for mixed construction waste.

Contaminated masses

Hein Déchets S.à r.l. is a reliable partner for the disposal of contaminated soil and other polluted building materials such as asbestos, road demolition waste, artificial mineral fibers and waste containing tar and bitumen.

We also take hazardous waste from industrial production, such as sludge or dust, directly from the customer and dispose of it in a professional and environmentally friendly manner.

Leftovers

The separate collection of food waste from canteens and restaurants is increasingly becoming the focus of inspection authorities. Hein Déchets S.à r.l. offers its customers a comprehensive disposal program for the provision of specially disinfected waste containers and the professional disposal of waste in a bio-digestion plant.

Waste containing tar/bitumen

The best known is tar paper or bitumen sheeting, which is used on roofs, for example.

However, wood, stones or polystyrene with tar residues must also be disposed of as contaminated material.

Products containing tar or bitumen are hazardous waste requiring special monitoring. We will issue you with a legally required disposal certificate for this.
