Fresh concrete and dry mixes for self-dispensing

There is now a practical solution for homeowners, house builders, garden planners and landscapers, local authorities and many others who need concrete for their building projects: the concrete filling station.

This is how it works:

Prepare the formwork at the construction site and then drive to the concrete filling station with the trailer or vehicle with a suitable transport container.

1. Directions: Drive to the concrete filling station with a trailer or vehicle with a suitable transport container.
2. Purchase: Select the type and quantity of concrete (0.15 m³, 0.25 m³, 0.50 m³, 0.75 m³ or 1 m³) at the scales using the chip card.
3. Positioning: Drive to the loading conveyor and position the vehicle correctly.
4. Start mixing process: Insert chip card - the material is freshly prepared (takes approx. 3 minutes).
5. Loading: After the mixing process, the loading conveyor starts automatically. Loading ends with a signal tone.

Tip: An optional retarder in the mixture extends the processing time and facilitates transportation.
